Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.  Join us as we embrace the theme "Turn Awareness into Action".  We encourage you to take simple steps that can make a big difference in you and your family's mental well-being. Begin by having open conversations about feelings and emotions with family.  Encourage them to express themselves, and validate their feelings.

Additionally, consider engaging in family activities that promote mental health, such as spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, or volunteering together in your community. These actions not only support your family's mental health but also foster a sense of connection and understanding.

Throughout the month, we will share tips on how to Turn YOUR Mental Health Awareness into Action!
