Building Scholars - Shaping Leaders

The Scholarship Committee is excited to announce an important informational meeting for students, parents, and guardians. We want to recognize our 11th grade students who are expected to graduate in 2028; upcoming high school graduates of 2027; career and technical, college and professional graduates of 2027; and members of the Class of 2026 who graduated from college or professional programs after June 2026. 

Please meet us in the middle front row of the sanctuary immediately after church TODAY.

INTERFAITH FEDERATION PRAYING FOR PEACE VIGIL

For 40 years Interfaith Federation has built bridges across many faiths, working together and faithfully serving many in the community. 

To celebrate, Interfaith Federation has planned its 40th Anniversary Week. 

Greater New Guide is participating in the celebration by being

 1 out of 13 host sites for the Movable Pray for Peace Vigil. 

Location: Activity Center

Sunday, September 13th 

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

 Come help us welcome individuals of different faiths, as we pray for peace.

 Stay 15 minutes, stay 30, or stay the whole time. Everyone is invited.

Maintenance/custodial needs and concerns must be coordinated with the Church’s Interim Business Administrator, Sheila Turner. Complying with this request will help maintain the highest level of respect, efficiency and order. The maintenance/custodial staff have agreements that must be honored upon employment and given specific instructions daily.

Please note that Pastor Thomas’s scheduled off days are Fridays and Saturdays. Occasionally, these days may fluctuate due to ministry demands in a given week.
