YOUNG ADULT

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS CHECK-IN SESSION

“Carry each other’s burden, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” -Galatians 6:2

We want to take a moment to extend a special invitation to our young adults who may be transitioning to becoming fully independent. Many young adults (ages 17-35)  today are navigating big life changes, and sometimes that journey can bring feelings of stress, anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional weight. As a church family, we want you to know that you are not alone. On Sunday, March 15th, during Sunday School, we will host a Young Adult Check-In Session—a safe and supportive space where young adults can talk, reflect, and connect with your GNG caring counseling professionals and ministry leaders. This will be a time for encouragement, prayer, practical and spiritual support. If you or a young adult you know could benefit from this space, we invite you to join us. We will have a classroom available to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Let’s continue supporting one another in faith, healing, and community on this journey that we call life.
